We connect using muscle testing and find the priority emotions and ages that we will work with to help clear anything that is blocking your energy flowing freely.

In the session, we work with the chakra system and lean into each chakra (the seven energy centres of our bodies) to see if there is any blockages or any messages that need to be shared.

We use the body’s information that it shares to let go and clear emotions using the breath, meridian points, sometimes a guided meditation, an oil, crystal, oracle card or flower essence.

This session is designed to help you release limiting beliefs, clear energetic blockages, and create space for your dreams to manifest. Through gentle yet powerful techniques, we’ll work to align your energy, leaving you feeling renewed, refreshed, and empowered.

During your personalised 1:1 Energy Healing session, conducted online via Zoom, I will guide you through a process of deep healing.

Combining intuitive energy work, kinesiology, reiki and emotional clearing, we will cleanse and clear anything that no longer serves you and restore balance to your heart, mind, body and soul.

✢ Abundance Clearing — Working with the energetics of abundance, we dive into your money story and the limiting beliefs that you may have around wealth and abundance. This is a three series of sessions so please make sure you can book these weekly or fortnightly to complete the process. In these sessions we find and reframe emotional and energetic blocks in relation to your wealth, money and abundance. You can expect these three sessions to help you increase your money and wealth vibration to energetically attract more money and become magnetic to abundance in all areas of your life, with ease and joy.

✢ Person Clearing — This session is perfect if you feel you are being negatively affected or impacted by someone else’s energy. It helps to improve our interpersonal relationships, especially with people who are challenging us, on any of the five bodies. In this clear, we work with clearing up the emotions that the other person may be triggering and clearing old stories and beliefs. We work together to completely clear and cut all energetic hooks, anchors and ties that may be keeping you stuck and feeling the effects of someone else’s energy, perceptions, values or attitudes. It cuts the cords and brings all your energy back to you (note here: you can cut cords in so many ways but if someone is still triggering you, there is usually still work to be done around this).

✢ Manifestation Enhancement — This session is recommended for anyone with a big goal or dream they are working towards and feel stuck or needing some energetic support. We work with the chakra system and make sure the energy is flowing freely and strongly in alignment with your goal or dream. A very powerful session that anchors your dream / goal into your body making it easier to move forward with ease and flow.
