The best way to prepare for a session is to really open your heart and allow yourself to trust that what we are about to embark on will bring wonderful change! It really is unlike anything else and is hard to put into words — it is something that you will most certainly experience. I will hold you in such a safe and beautiful space, so I invite you to really have an open mind and heart coming into the time we have together. Take a few big, beautiful, deep belly breaths and set your intention for what you would like to have as an outcome for your session. I always ask my clients to be very well hydrated, so please have water on hand and drink lots of water prior to our time together, and no caffeine (if possible) for a couple of hours before your session. You can also have a journal handy and anything that makes you feel really comfortable and relaxed. You won't need to take any notes, but you may feel like jotting down some downloads if you have any straight after we finish your session.
